Have two nights in Edinburgh. Would like to go to a restaurant with local foods. Any suggestions?

Stac Polly in Grindlay Street

Marie, Sheila and I agree on most things, and Stac Polly is one of them. Be sure to make reservations. We went to the Stac Polly on Dublin Street as it was closer to our hotel. In all things Scots, listen to Sheila, even tho she doesn't recommend a visit to Galloway (tee hee). Have a grand time!<BR>
