Edinburgh for Seniors
 

Active senior couple looking to spend about 3-4 days in Edinburgh after a week + in London this April. Prefer boutique hotels or quality BnBs in "local" neighborhoods where we can walk to local places for dinner. Assume we can walk, Uber/Taxi, or bus to touristy stuff during the day. In addition, we think we should include a 1 day trip to Highlands. Looking at neighborhoods, it seems Stockbridge, Dean Village,, or West End appear to be our type. Does this seem correct and if so, can you suggest smallish hotels. Budget around $200.
