Edinburgh: B & B?

Hello,
Wondering any information about B&B in Edinburgh. Looking for at least a 4 star rating. Interesting ones to me are 17 Learnmonth Terrance and 16 Lynedoch Place-any information on these or others you would recommend?
Thank you!!!

sevakaur: We have enjoyed the Stuart House at 12 East Claremont Street; very nice, good location, a 4 star. The proprietress is very pleasant as well. Have a great trip.

Stayed at the Dunstane House two weeks ago. Very nice, good location (4 West Coates) friendly staff.

We stayed at 17 Abercrombie Place two years ago during November. It is a beautiful Georgian mansion with high ceilings, great antique furnishings and the best breakfast we had the whole time. Good location within walking distance of everything.

Is price an option? I can't say enough about The Witchery, located at the foot of the castle. Absolutely beautiful rooms and IMHO, well worth the price. Great for those wanting a little romance!
