Is there somewhere in the Edinburgh Airport that I can buy a cheap cell phone?

*IN* the airport? Unlikely. If anyone would it is Dixons Travel and they will not be cheap.

If you are planning on leaving the airport, there are plenty of places you can pick up a cheap cell phone.

Assuming you are arriving and are absolutely desperate to get a phone then I would take the 35 bus to The Gyle where there's several mobile phone shops.

Sorry, more info probably would have been helpful. Arriving from Canada and would like to pick up a cell phone to use while we are here. Not familiar with UK phone options but have heard it is cheaper to get a phone for use in UK rather than buy additional package here in Canada.

Yes , there is a Dixons Airside in Edinburgh but nothing landside.Loads of options in the city.Var Phone warehouse are pretty good but there is a mobile phone shop every 100 yards or so in the city, actually there are 3 together on Princes street and another one across the junction so actually 4 shops in a row.
