eating in Paris

I am a 63 year young woman and I will be travelling solo to Paris in April and May. Due to dietary restrictions I cannot have high fat food. Any recommendations on healthy spots to dine?
All the best and thanks from Vancouver

You can find roast chicken and green beens, or salad plates, most any cafe. Fruit from the produce stand or grocer (produce guy will pick it out for you; do it yourself at the grocer).

you can google vegetarian restos in Paris. I think the Marais has several.

Hi S,

Amorino for gelato. Much lower in fat than Berthillon's ice cream. :)
