Easyjet at Stansted transfer

I will be arriving at Stansted Airport from Edinburgh at 0745 on Easyjet and want to continue traveling on another Easyjet flight to Munich which leaves at 0815 from Stansted with my luggage that I checked in Edinburgh. Does Easyjet make this easy or is this impossible.

EasyJet doesn't try to help at all with connections. You will have to go through passport control, pick up your luggage, and check in again for the next flight. However, you have to check in for an EasyJet flight at Stansted 40 minutes prior to departure, so as you can see with this schedule it's impossible.

Will's almost 100% right.

But there's a limit to how many unpleasantness even Stelios can inflict on his long-suffering passengers. And he's nor yet devised a way of forcing an immigration check on people arriving from Scotland.

Incidentally, he's not worked out a way of speeding up luggage reclaim at Stansted either, so allow time for the baggage handlers to have their tea break, or don't check bags in.

You need to check in at least 45 minutes before an easyjet flight, so you won't be able to make the Munich flight.

Easyjet, like Ryanair, is a point-to-point airline. They don't transfer luggage and they require you to check in for each leg of the flight, at least 45 minutes before departure. They are real sticklers on that point. 44 minutes? You won't be allowed on.

Just to clarify few things:

It's 30 minutes before flght, not 45, as per www.easyjet.com

Passengers should present themselves at the appropriate check-in desks, which will normally open two hours before the scheduled time of departure. Passengers who present themselves later than 30 minutes prior to scheduled time of departure will not be accepted for travel, and will forfeit their seats.

Just on that alone, you will not make the flight.

I would give myself a minimum of 1.5 hours, probably 2. Still, if something goes wrong, you will need to purchase a new ticket for your destination. EasyJet is not responsible for missed connections.

If you have booked an onward flight with easyJet, this represents a separate contract. Please note that easyJet does not operate a connecting flight service, and therefore you will need to check-in with your luggage for each sector of your journey in accordance with the check-in requirements below. Consequently we advise that when booking an onward flight with easyJet, you allow at least two hours between the scheduled time of arrival of the incoming flight, and the scheduled time of departure of the onward flight.

Thank you all for the needed information.
Fortunatly, the amount of flights allow me to adjust my leaving of Edinburgh to allow for transfer to a later Munich flight.
I am doing this well in advance so as to try and make everything as smooth as possible.
Thank You again
