Easy Jet,one way flight.Problems-

I am trying to buy one way ticket from AMS(Amsterdam) to MXP(Milan Malpensa). Not matter how many times I clicked one way box, the web site keep adding the round flight also and unless I clicked and accepted it, it will not let me go ahead with the reservation.

I have never flown with this company before perhaps the company does not sell one way ticket..
Has anyone else had this type of problem with Easy Jet before?

I have flown easy jey one way and found it very easy (no pun intended). What dates are you trying to book? I did a sample from Amsterdam-Milan on 15 Dec and came back with a 29 Euro base fare + (extra's such as luggage, insurance etc.)

I just tried it too - using the Dutch site and had no trouble with a one way ticket. €27.99 in January.
Very odd that it won't allow you to book a one way - they do the bulk of their business with one ways I thought.

I have also tried to make a similar booking, and had no problems with just a one-way flight.

Try clearing the history or cache on your browser and restart the browser and try it again. Maybe that would work.

Couple of ideas - try booking a different flight (don't pay obviously) then cancel it & go back to your original

Otherwise download a different Internet Browser or if you aren't using IE8 then use that instead.

It sounds like you are doing something wrong, as I don't have any trouble (and my browser is IE7, anyway). Either you filled in a date for the return on the first page or perhaps checked the box on the second that says return. Because otherwise, how can it add in a return when you haven't given it any date to do so?

It does put a date on the second page for return (the same date as departure), but if you don't check the box for return, it doesn't add it in.

I was going to purchase the ticket for next year..however, when I realized that I couldn't get one way ticket and wanted to see if the site worked, I put the dates for this year..

Unfortunately despite that I changed the dates I couldn't never get one way.

I will try again..Thanks Everyone for the informations.

Alan, I am not a PC literate, what procedure I must do to download to a different internet browser?

My PC is Gateway, Vista and I have internet Explorer as my Browser.

I don't think the browser is the problem. I tried January and it was fine. Maybe it is detecting where you are and deciding you must want a return?

Good luck. I hope you get your ticket.
