Easy-jet Info
Has anyone taken Easy-Jet from Paris to Nice? We are arriving at CDG and would like to know how convenient the terminal is from the United Airlines terminal to the Easy-Jet terminal and if anyone knows what terminal number Easy-Jet leaves from in Paris. FYI, Just got great fare for early September one way 50 euros for 2 adults! We have checked this site for other Easy-Jet info, but nothing pertained to the actual connection at the airport. Thank you in advance.

According to the Easy-jet web site, they use terminal 9, which is adjacent terminal 1. I know there is an inter-terminal shuttle between T1 and T2; I imagine there is one that stops at T9. Or maybe it is walkable?

It's easyjet. No hyphen.

Actually, Ed, it is easyJet.

Michele,

You can reach T9, which EasyJet uses, by shuttle bus from terminal 1 (where you will land with United).

Go to the basement (shopping level) of terminal 1 and take the free white and yellow LINE 2 ADP bus to the "Roissypole-T9" (it's the only stop on this route). From there it's still a 300m. walk to the T9 terminal... I think you will be able to find a luggage cart though.

BTW, I would leave at least 2.5 hours connection time. You will have to pick up your luggage, clear immigrations & customs, change terminals and check in again - and EasyJet closes checkin exactly 30 minutes before departure no exceptions.

I'm a major fan of EasyJet's, but have you considered United/Lufthansa via Frankfurt instead? The price could be competitive.

Bon voyage,
Andre

Ed, the question was not how to spell the name of the airline, you must be bored!

Andre, thank you for your very detailed information and thank you to Jake as well. It looks like we have a few hours between flights so we should be fine.

T9 is a dump and a zoo. Charters are directed there and I would avoid it like the plague.
