The reason for the slightly complex fare structure is that its effectively a seat auction - the first so-many seats on a particular flight go very cheaply, the next 20 are more expensive and so on.<BR> So if the price given is too much, click on a different date or even a less popular time on the same day.<BR>Like Grant I have used the Easyjet Glasgow-Amsterdam service often - better than the KLM-UK flights which are more often late & much more expensive.<BR> I also like the satisfaction of not being taken for a ride by the big airlines!I don't want "free" alcohol nor does it benefit me having a roomful of clerks screwing up bookings & sending tickets late.<BR>I have heard that for Ryanair you should arrive in good time - they have a rep for bumping latecomers.(hearsay only)<BR>The big state airlines like Air France & others are very inefficient & only exist because of state protection when the air routes were first carved up.They are dying out, can't be too soon for me.
