I enjoyed your photos very much-- thanks for sharing!

Michael, your photos are lovely and better than I have taken of those areas. I have been to Annecy twice. I want to go back and also to Bresse to again taste the famous poulet.

very nice pictures of my region Michael, but it is a shame you didn't go to Dijon! look what you've missed!

and cigale don't forget to stop in Dijon on your way to la Bresse and its famous chicken. In France we call "chicken" the cops so beware ;-)

your photos are beautiful

Was it VERY cold that time of year?

parissian Jan 12th, 2006 06:52 AM

Hi coco,

Is dijon cold in march--planning to go in march this year--

cocofromdijon Jan 12th, 2006 07:00 AM

Hi parissian, actually march is a funny month in France cause it can be still cold sometimes and rainy (giboulées de mars) but we already had very very mild march, same weather like in june! So it is a lottery!
Do you know that Dijon is only 1h40 from Paris? (I saw your other posting...)
happy travels!
coco

oh know I did not know that dijon was that close...is it tgv?

Michael Jan 12th, 2006 07:45 AM

Parissian,

Unfortunately Photoworks insists on dating the photos as of the date when the album was created or the photos uploaded. All the photos were taken in late spring or early summer over a period of several years. I just did not bother to correct the date given.

TGV to and from gare de Lyon (about a dozen a day)+ normal trains (Corail 3h!) :-)
