Easter Weekend in Sicily?
 

My wife and I will be in Sicily over Easter weekend and I was wondering if anyone knows if most everything will be closed. I was hoping to book three nights in Siracusa, but if all the archaeological sites are closed, I'd want to change the itinerary and save Siracusa for when we can actually tour. If things are shut down, what would be a good place to stay for that weekend where we can still enjoy the atmosphere. We will have a car, so advice on day hikes or nearby towns to walk through would be great.
