"Ears" rating system for agrotourism?
 

Several agrotourisms I've see have a rating of "ears". For example, Agrotourism Terrapille is ranked "5 ears". Is that 5 on a scale of 1 to 5 (5 high)? And who are they ranked by?

Also, any comments on Terrapille would be great.

Ears? Do you mean of corn? Or human? Why ears, do you think?

Who does the ranking for hotels? Must be the same institution: Ministry of Tourism?

Wish I could help; am certain there are a few "Green Acres" types out there somewhere who might have an idea
