Early morning transport from Naples to airport
 

We have a 6 AM flight Naples to Rome. Plane tickets are already purchased so the train is not an option. We also don't want to leave Naples before the date of our flight. Staying at an Airbnb (centro storico).
Should we book a taxi the day before? (Will ask the Airbnb host to do this for us.) Hire a private driver? If yes to the driver question, do you have specific requirements?

Just have your host call a taxi. But have them call in advance.

It's only like 20-25 minute drive through city streets to the airport.

Edit: is your Naples to Rome ticket on the same ticket as your Rome flight home?
