Early flight

Will we have any problem getting to the airport in Rome at 7:35 am for a 9:35 flight?

I made it from Pza d'Spagna to the airport in under 45 mins during the same time of day on a Monday morning.

I will have to agree with rhkkmk. To begin with, we don't know what day of the week you're referring to so traffic may be a factor depending on what day it is. Most likely you will be in time if you leave early enough.

We're flying out on a Sat. Would it be faster to take the train to the airport? Do the trains run that early?

I wouldn't recommend a train if you have luggage. The trains to and from Termini are generally packed full of people. I would spend the money to hire a car. Your hotel can arrange this for you and it should cost aprox. 40 euro.

We just travelled from the center of Rome to the airport (FCO) 2 Saturdays ago. The driving time should be about 35 minutes on a Saturday morning. Ask your hotel to arrange to have a driver there at 7:00AM and you should be fine. A fair price would be 40 to 45 euros.

We used a car service called: Airport Connection Service, two people, with luggage, for 25 euro total. It was a mercedes van, and they only need 1 day notice. 063383221 is the number. We just used them in Sept.
