E-mail address for Auto-Europa?

I have booked a car with Auto-Europa through www.autoeurope.com. I have a question concerning additional drivers and www.autoeurope.com said I should ask the rental co when I arrive at the Rome airport. I would like to ask in advance - does anyone have an e-mail address for Auto-Europa in Italy?

Thanks

The reservations are always made for a single driver. You need to add the second at the airport where they will make a copy of the drivers' licenses.

AutoEuropa? or AutoEurope?
The latter is a broker only. No offices in Italy. I corresponded with an office (maybe THE office) in Maine.
Work thru them, and ask that they stipulate your requirements with whoever they broker for (Hertz, Avis, Sitz, etc)

tomboy - I mean Auto-Europa the actual car rental company. I know that autoeurope is just a consolidator that aranges for the rental. I can go back to autoeurope and ask them for an e-mail address for Auto-Europa (they gave me a telephone no.) but I thought I'd try here too (I tried to google them but no luck).

GoSox - I know they will add the second driver at the airport but my question is this - I am arriving first and will be the primary driver and will provide my credit card etc. at the rental desk at the airport when I pick up the car. My friend, who we would like added as a secondary driver, will not be arriving at the airport until several hours after me and I do not want to have to wait around for her at the airport (I'm not being mean, she actually has a ride to the Villa where we are staying and I wanted to get a head start and not wait around the airport). I want to know if they are going to allow her to go to the rental desk by herself and provide her ID and license etc. to be added or are they going to insist that I be there at the same time.

Any thoughts?

I'm pretty sure that all drivers have to be there at the same time because they need the info and signatures for all drivers on the contract. I don't think they will let the car leave without the contract being complete. I don't recall seeing anything on my last contract stipulating primary or secondary, I think it just said Driver 1 and Driver 2.

I agree with the others that you should be able to go through Autoeurope to get your answer. I'm surprised they couldn't help with your questions.

We have done this many times with AutoEurope. When you pick up the car whatever drivers you want need to be there with their drivers license. If they are meeting up with you later, you need to go to the closest agency your car is from (AutoEurope uses Avis, Europe Car, or whatever) and add the driver. So if you pick up an Avis car in Rome airport and pick up another driver in Florence, you go to the Avis in Florence to add the driver). It's all very easy.
