Duplicate and/or Repetitive Posts

Lately I have been noticing a number of duplicate posts, separated by about 2-5 min, on both this and the US boards. Sometimes there is a delay in posting and one has to have a little patience. These duplicates tend to be somwhat confusing to those who might wish to respond.

A separate situation is that one may pose a query, and then re-post it later w/only a word or two changed which makes me think that perhaps they do not know how to find their original. One can click on one's name to find posts. Sometimes it must be done a few times but the post will eventually appear. I don't mean to sound like a "scold" but it clogs up the board and makes for confusion if there are multiple posts that are really the "same" post. Ah, now I feel better!!

HI again Intrepid--I just realized this part of previous post left off--I am appalled that a former Spelling Bee champ would have made such a typo!! Thanks for pointing it out.
