Yes--Been to the London Eye. It was nice riding in the pods--nice views. Have not been to the Shard.

Soccer has taken off again here in the states. We enjoy watching the world cups.

At a science museum we toured recently, they had a special exhibit on robots of the past and present. It was fun seeing the "Lost in Space" robot alongside R2D2. Then they had a whole interactive exhibit that was pretty cool. Things like that would be of interest too. I am sure the science museum in London has lots of hands on activities. They all seem to copy each other in that regard with what they display.
