Dublin in March...how is weather for walking ?

We can fly direct to Dublin for a 4 day weekend in March (7th thru 11th) bur we are concerned too cold and wet for walking around and using public transportation. We have never been to Dublin. Are all museums and sites open in March 7th thru 11th and is weather too unpleasant? We are not adverse to a little rain but not nasty windy and cold. Please share your thoughts and opinions. Thanks

Weather in Ireland is unpredictable. Wear layers of clothing, prepare for rain and if the sun shines regard it as a bonus.

Some museums are closed Mondays but you can check all that on their individual websites.

Here is a good link for Dublin in March: https://www.weatherbase.com/weather/...Dublin-Ireland

50/38 is the "average" high and low temp. It has been 63, and it has dropped to 18. There are 17 days with precipitation, usually rain but three of those days can have some snow. I prefer Florida in March.
