Service should not change much with new owners...remember it's not a hotel and beside check in and breakfast I never expect to need the assistance of the owners. Its an upmarket location so it should be nice.

I still think that it should be ok as they are in an upmarket area and need to maintain this as a part of the business. I assume its at the higher end of B&B prices due to the location. I still think you should be ok.
Enjoy & post if you do stay and let us know what you think.

Dear Siobhan, thanks I will. We must have gotten last years price b/c we are paying 99 euro's. It is only for one night anyway. The price was right and it was highly rated so I booked not realizing the owners had changed. They are not mentioned in Fodor's or Frommer's which I always use...so hence the concern. We are so looking forward to our trip, through insight "country roads" and are arriving a day early. Thanks again.
