Driving from Vienna to Prague

We have five nights by car driving from Vienna to Prague. What stops would you make en route?

Granny Mom:

Five nights would give you an excellent trip in the CzR..recommend stopping in Telc (Teltsch) for a look at Bohemia-past, Tabor for its authenticty of old Bohemia also..and Cesky Krumlov for a "museum town"...this can eat up your five nights....many castles along the way...suggest at least Konopiste (formerly Archduke Franz Ferdinand's hunting lodge with massive "head trophies" on its walls...see the new movie "Illusionist" for scenes within Konopiste.
The driving is easy, good roads , many lovely old Moravian and Bohemian towns en route///a throwback to the 18th and 19th centuries when it was all part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
