Driving from Versailles to Vernon (Giverny)

The Michelin web site says that the N186 is a "dangerous stretch road". Looks like a motorway to me, but can someone please explain what they mean by dangerous? Is it construction, narrow, traffic, speed. What?

I thought that road was D186 now for quite a while but maybe not (meaning a lesser road).

Anyway, I think Michelin uses that sign/term to mean there are speed cameras in that area, if it isn't obviously a steep winding road or something (they aren't allowed to say that, though so they say it is dangerous which I guess it is in a way).
