Driving from sevilla to granada

are there any worthwhile sites or restaurants to see on the drive from seville to granada? also, do you know a good website where I can map out my driving route?

Thanks for any help your can provide.

We just did that drive in August.
Didn't plan any stops but we were successful with mappy.com for directions.
We are used to mapquest so we had to adjust to their way of describing directions.

I've also travelled that route...I used viamichelin.

First worthy stop is Osuna, about one hour from Seville. Along the road you'll find Estepa, with a Castle-Convent on top of the hill, and Antequera, (1,30min from Seville) though you'll have to live the motorway a couple of miles. Past Antequera, on a side road, Archidona. Either Osuna or Antequera have several good places to eat, and a lot to visit.

Agree with Josele - I love Estepa and would recommend that of the places she suggested although Antequera will give you more eating choices. Parking could be quite difficult in all places and driving in Antequera in particular can be a bit of a problem.

Hi, eliza,
I agree with you, only to add that Estepa and Archidona are less spectacular than the other two. To make a lunch stop, I'd recommend Antequera, going all the way up to Colegiata de Santa Maria, by the castle; park there and there is a restaurant in the square in front of the Colegiata. And just to add that Josele is a He.
