Where do you recommend stopping to eat between Milan Malpensa and Santa Margherita Ligure after a flight?

It is a 2h30min drive. I would head as fast as possible to the coast and have a seafood splurge...

I agree---keep on truckin or stop at an Autogrill for coffee and a panini.
