Driving distance from Fussen to Rothenburg???
 

Hello,<BR><BR>I was wondering if someone might be able to tell me the driving time from Fussen to Rothenburg along the Romatic Road?<BR><BR>Thanks so much!<BR><BR>Heidi<BR><BR>

Heidi,<BR>We did this drive last summer. If I remember correctly, it is about 3-4 hours. The distance is not that far, but the road is often (if not always?) 2 lane with slower traffic. We also did lots of stops ie Dinkelsbuhl and Nordlingen. It is beautiful and very worthwhile. We liked Rothenburg quite a bit but recommend it off season. Near Fussen, make sure that you visit the castles.<BR>Enjoy,<BR>Jan

Find MapBlast on the internet and you can quickly calculate the driving time between any two cities in the world.

Heidi,<BR>We did that but you will not be able to see much of the Romantic Road. Will you have a second day to explore some of the route? I would recommend it. If you do all three castles, that will take most of the day, and then, you will have a several hour drive to Rothenburg.<BR>Cheers,<BR>Jan
