Driving Between Dingle and Bantry

Hello! We are planning our 2nd trip to Ireland in early October. We have 11 nights RT from Dublin as American doesn't fly to SNN anymore. The first visit we did Dingle, Killarney, Kilkenney and Dublin. This trip we're planning Clifden x 3; Ennis x 1 (to break up drive); And Dingle x 2.

From there I'm struggling with the itinerary. I'd like to explore the Beara and Mizen Head areas then stay in Kilkenney a night before heading to Dublin for our final night. That leaves 3 nights in west Cork.

To minimize backtracking, would it be best to stay in 3 separate towns - Kenmare, Bantry and Kinsale? Or could we base in either Kenmare or Bantry for 2 nights then head to Kinsale?

We don't mind 1 night stays if that's what makes sense logistically. This leg is more about seeing between the towns vs the town itself although we'd like a little downtime to eat a nice dinner and enjoy a pint and some music. Any recommendations?

Apologies in advance but I couldn't see the option to tag a country prior to posting (iphone).

Thank you!
