Driver Needed - Sorrento/Amalfi
 

We will be in Sorrento and on Capri and would like to hire a driver since we will not have a vehicle. Can anyone recommend a driver or service that would be good to pick up from the Naples train station and take us back to the train station as well as give us a good tour of the Amalfi coast? There are several places I have found on line, but no nothing about any of them. Any recommendations?

winrock, maybe a few of the people who have posted numerous recommendations for this very thing will happen to drop by here in the next couple of days, see your post, and repeat their information, but meanwhile it would be smart if you were to enter "Amalfi car service" or a similar title in the search function and you will find a number of detailed suggestions, including names and phone numbers of recommended services.

I never got the name of our driver who was based in Positano, he was set up by our hotel and picked us up in Naples.

I would suggest asking your hotel for someone, also.

Renato Cuomo has had very good reviews here in this forum. He is a local private driver. Check out www.cuomonet.it There is also a form to fill in in his website other than an email address where to ask for prices.
