According to Viamichelin, 3 hours and 51 minutes.
You can check it out at
www.viamichelin.com
You will be given a map as well as detailed driving instructions.
People on this forum have sometimes found that Viamichelin's drive times are calculated too narrowly.
On a Saturday morning in August, you are almost bound to encounter heavy traffic. Almost all of Italy takes its vacations in August, and most of them will be starting out on a Saturday morning.

I recommend that you look at Viamichelin and Mappy. If you need a vaporetto to get to Piazzale Roma, then you need some contingency time added. Also look at the miles/ kilometers on the map (sanity check).
From personal experience, for an admittedly dificult, over the mountains pass, on tertiary rooads, the projection was 3.5 hours on Viamichelin and Mappy. We left at 7:50 to make a 14:00 train (6 hours). It took 5 hours not 3.5, in the end we had 1 hour to spare. My point is, think about how critical 'by noon' really is, but your trip will be on 'interstate or state highway' equivalent roads.

Thank you. "By noon" is important because we are returning a rental car and boarding a ship. The agency is open until 1 on Saturday, but we will be cahrged an extra day if we arrive after 12 PM. Just trying to think ahead. So at 7 AM start from Bellagio is in order.

I don't know when DopleVergasser did the drive, but if 12:00 noon is as important as you say, I would suggest a 6:00 a.m. departure because of the Italian holiday traffic if your Saturday morning is August 5 or 12. (By August 19, most Italians will already have left on holidays, which center around Ferragosto on August 15.)
