Drive or train from Tuscany to Sorrento
 

After 5 days in Tuscany with family of four, would you drive or train it to Sorrento. If I drive I would drop the car in Naples (train station) and take the train from there. Otherwise I can drop the car in Siena and train it from there.

If you already have a car then it makes sense to keep it and drop it off in Sorrento (not Naples). You do not under any circumstances want to drive in Naples. It's an easy to drive to Sorrento and is autostrada most of the way. www.mappy.com for driving directions. Use Sorrento as your destination.

I agree with previous post, having survived, barely, the area around the Naples train station in a car.
