E-mail me at [email protected] and I'll attach my 20 page Dordogne, and 27 page Provence/Cote d'Azur itineraries to the reply e-mail.
If you end up taking the TGV to Bordeaux or Libourne (prefer Libourne), you can stop in St Emilion for a visit to an interesting village and some wine tasting on your way to the Dordogne. However, like almost everywhere in France, the wine tasting facilities will likely be closed for 2+ hrs during lunch. If you do a canoe trip on the Dordogne River, do it in the morning so the sun will be at your back & not in your face. Stu Dudley |
