Kismetchimera, what a great idea about the scarf, thank you. Most of my skirts go slightly above the knee so I am concerned about that. Also, I will be going in late april/early may. Will it be too chilly for skirts or just right?

jenniferW..I suggest that you bring a light blazer also....It is very hard to predict the weather anymore, to give you an example.. two years ago , the first week of may,I was in Milan to a fancy wedding, I wore a short sleeve suit, and I was freezing, the weather was cold and rainy.Believe me, I could have used a nice long sleeve blazer!!! I never imagined that it could be so cold.. when I left Texas the temperature was in the 90!!!!Skirts are ok....Have Funn!!! I am going june 18.... Ciao

JenniferW:

If your skirts are _slightly_ above the knee they should fit fine even in most churches. Maybe they are not fit for meeting the Pope, but nobody will object you for a skirt _slightly_ above the knee.
