KenF - I noticed that the AZ guide has a pocket version that is smaller. Are you familiar with that and would it be a good substitute for the larger guide? The moleskine looked really handy but I couldn't see inside pages of the AZ guide to compare. Can you purchase the AZ at a Barnes & Noble or Amazon type bookseller?
