Donegal, including Inishowen?
 

I plan to spend two days in Donegal, starting from Donegal town and following the Wild Atlantic Way. Is Dunfanaghy a good distance to spend the night? Are Fanad Head and Malin Head and the rest of the Inishowen penninsula worth the extra drive, or will we have seen enough coast by then? There's never too much beauty for me, but I hate to push my husband's patience with the difficult driving.

Not far but depends on which road you take. If the weather is good go for it but if it it blowy and rainy go a different way.
