Good Morning Andy ' <BR> We stayed at Ducasse's country Inn, La Bastide de Mustiers located at the foot of Moustiers-Ste-Marie. It, however not a BnB. You speak into a speaker outside the beautiful gates. They check for your reservation before entry is allowed. Beautiful terrace dining. Lovely bath goodies which are also for sale.(incredible bath oils and salts, for examole} We were in the older building, another is quite modern. It was a cinderella moment for me.

I'm having trouble with my computer, it takes forever and I am not always able to open up my mail? I am new to this-anyway Andy and Kirsten: It was starting for a double at 800 francs. Our room was lovely with dark wood, typical provencal furniture. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. If you look at a map of the area it is situated at the very heart of the Verdon Regional Park, by the way, the drive around the Verdon is incredible. It's the Grand Canyon of France and it is Our most treasured memory. We loved the Bastide but we still prefer to stay at The Crillon La Brave(in the tiny village of crillon la brave, at the foot of Mt. Venteaux. The view from the terrace where we like to drink our pastis is magnificent and the pool is another terrace below, wonderful staff and it looks like what you thought a place in provence would look like with it's antique furniture and soleido fabrics. We received a notice this spring that they have added another building and a bistro, so we are going to try to check it out if we have time.We are going in three weeks. If you book ino the Bastide, there's a very good restaurant for lunch in Mustiers Les Santons. Mustiers is famous for it's faience.
