Wendy, check out the recent Food and Wine magazine. There is an article on the La Brocante et aux jambons fair that takes place twice a year and is fun. The dates for the first one is March9-17th. It takes place in Chatau, ten miles from Paris.

I believe the best and most current information, as they do change all the time, is at the Paris Tourist Office. You can get a list there, or you can get it online for the dates you want from their events search section (www.paris-touristoffice.com). There are several during your time frame.
