Doerrenbach

Has anyone been to Doerrenbach, Germany? It is in the south west part of Germany on the "wine trail". My family is originally from there and I was hoping to plan a visit.
Any suggestions?

I've never been there but I just looked it up and it seems like a neat little place!

When looking for a place to stay at mail [email protected]

If you or somone of the family still speaks German you probably already surfed doerrenbach.de for basic information.

Doerrenbach is a small town in the southern most part of the Pfalz, very close to Alsace. Though I have not been to Doerrenbach, the Pfalz is one of my favorite areas in Germany. Rolling hills, vineyards, dark forests, good food, excellent wine, and friendly people. Best of all are the charming small towns, and from its website Doerrenbach certainly fills the bill. Enjoy!
