We are taking the train from Budapest to Prague. Do we use the Keleti train station? Where do you put your baggage on the train?

Keleti - yes.
Luggage - in the rack above your seat.

Can you please tell me the website where I can book R/T train tickets from Prague to Budapest?

Caution!!!...It depends on the train timing. There are trains from both Keleti and Deli stations to Prague; the latter seem to go to the Holesovice stationwith some trains from Keleti going to Hlavni (the main station in Prague).

Txs! I didn't look at my tickets closely enough! Our tickets do say Keleti to Holesovice. Glad you brought that to my attention!!!
