It seems that the only thing that anyone who sends me email is interested in is the size of my debt and my ...! I haven't notice a great deal more spam as a result of registering with Fodors (even with displaying my email on each post. I use a hotmail account and have set with the highest security setting on. Nothing goes through except what I allow. It is a pain as I still have to wade through blocked mail to make sure it didn't block anything I actually wanted. As to pop-ups, I am using a freeware pop-up blocker, so I never deal with them.

Had an interesting thread going on another board about this. I get no spam as a result of Fodors, but of the 25-30 pieces of junk/day, over half of it is shotgunned to myself and other prodigy (now SBC/Yahoo) addresses with user names alphabetically in a line with mine. Interestingly, people on the other board with earthlink, attbi, even AOL, got very little, but everyone with Prodigy was inundated. I hate the idea of changing ISPs, and thus email address, but am giving it serious consideration.

But..to answer your question, no, none from Fodors.
