Divani Carousel Hotel in Athens
 

Has anyone stayed there. What did you think of this hotel

Hi Bob, I stayed at the Divani Palace in Athens which is three blocks from the Acropolis. It was fabulous; I recommend it highly. As for the Divani Carousel, I have never heard of it, which part of Athens is it in?? <BR> <BR>If you want more info on the Divani Palace, feel free to email me <BR>Cheers

OOPS! My mistake. I am staying at the Divani Caravel in Athens. NOT the Divani Carousel as I previously stated. Does anybody know anything about this hotel?

I stayed at the Divani Caravel with my wife and 2 children. We loved it,the food was great,the people very friendly,but one thing..it bothered my wife but the girls at the pool were always topless. I had NO PROBLEM

Where is the Divani Caravel located? Is it convenient to the Plaka, Acropolis, etc. How are accomodations and on site resturant?

Bill: Using my "Streetwise Athens" map and scale, it's ~1.2mi to the Plaka and ~1.75mi to the Acropolis entrance. Not conveniently located but the topless factor would outweigh the long walk IMO:))). HTH Regards, Walter <BR>
