Distances in Paris

hello
We stayed in Paris at 61 Rue Bonaparte 75006 and would like to know if we are far from 1 Avenue de la Republique 93177 Bagnolet and 22 Rue Voltaire 94270 Le Kremlin-Bicetre. They are two places we have to go and we're making the forecasts. We don’t know the cost of taxis in Paris. I hope you can help.
Thank you very much.

If you enter

"distance from 1 Avenue de la Republique 93177 Bagnolet to 22 Rue Voltaire 94270 Le Kremlin-Bicetre"

into google map, it tells you they are 4.4km. If you select car or train icons, it tells you your options. Depending on when you do this, a taxi can get stuck in traffic with corresondingly higher price and would be faster by metro.

There is a tool

there are places online where you can calculate distance. I use www.mappy.fr Michelin has one, also. Are you aware those two locations are not actually in Paris proper? They are suburbs.

the first distance is 12 km, for example.

There are also some taxi fare calculators online for Paris, but that's about 1/3 the distance to CDG so probably around 20 euro for that trip.

here's one

No need to take a taxi to either of those addresses.

Just ask www.ratp.fr for the public transportation options.

Well frst I would suggest you have alook at viamichelin.com or google earth for more info.

Paris has 20 arrondisements - starting from 1 in the center and moving out in concentric circles until you get to get. The last two digits of the address is the number of the arrondisement it is in. So the hotel is in the 6th arrondisement. But the other two addresses don't end in 01 to 20 - so that means that they aren;t actually in Paris.

Based on the websites they appear to be in the outer suburbs and apparently about 12 miles from where you are staying. I'm not sure that Paris cabs will do that distance on the meter and you may have to contact a cab company and ask for a flat price to get to these places.

Not familiar with this area - train may be an option for getting there. I would contact your hotel to get more info.

Or perhaps someone here familiar with the area has better suggestions.

Taxis take people to CDG all the time, they certainly go that far on the meter, as CDG is a lot farther.
