Distance between Harrod's & Victoria Station?

Hi, this is a bit of a odd question, but how long a walk is it from Harrod's to Victoria Station? While I have lots of maps, I still don't have a sense of true distance, or how long a walk that would be!

Many Thanks in advance,

Mike

I've done that walk a couple times. I'd guess a half hour to 40 minutes. It's not close, but a very pleasant walk through some pretty residential areas.

Patrick, thanks for the quick response! I'm very glad I asked-I'd badly underestimated the distance!!

Or the #52 bus will take you from Victoria to Knightsbridge.

As the crow flies it is about 3/4 mile. So with all the zigging and zagging to walk it, count on a bit over a mile. I've walked it a couple of times - the last time took about 45 mins but I did a bit of window shopping/blue plaque reading along the way. Be aware of which door you exit at Harrods. Since it covers a full block the wrong choice can add a few minutes to your walk.

I walked from my hotel to Buckingham Palace, a mile distance, on a February day. I agree that this type of walk can be fun and another sightseeing experience. Don't fret it too much and jump in!

I walked it, thinking it was much closer that it was - the map is a little deceptive. It is a pretty walk through an upscale residential neighborhood tho.
