Discount Travel Certificate

Dear fodories!
I have a discount travel sertificate which I'm not able to use. It is good for air travel on Northwest Airlines and KLM for two passengers. Rules are: tickets must be issued by Mar.19, 2005; travel must be complete by May 19,2005. Let me know if you are interested and I'll send you via USPS or if you are local - come and pick it up. Any questions - Email me.

They'll need your e-mail to contact you - - and then they only need the number from thee certificate, not the actual piece of paper. And for that matter, I may have one, (or even a pair - - serving FOUR passengers) thst I won't be using either.

Best wishes,

Rex

Click over to the Airline forum. They're clamoring for them over there.

UM....what kind of a discount? I think people might be interested to know.

Not in front of me right now. I want to say about $500 from "zone A" (east of the Mississippi" (I think there might be two time periods; cheaper in the earlier time period, if memory serves me correctly).

Clamoring? But I don't "know" them over "there".

There are two time periods.
1/18/05-3/14/05
Zone A to Europe $349
Zone B to Europe $389
Zone C to Europe $439

3/15/05 - 5/19/05
Zone A $519
Zone B $549
Zone C $609

Thanks for typing all that in, kyb! Say... re-do the (second annual) "Ohio River Valley GTG" in March? (even though I may be the only person who has not been to Europe since LAST spring!)

Should we move it a little bit away from Louisville, for the benefit of "out-of-towners"? Or my house would still be an option? Or somewhere near the Falls of the Ohio State Park (went there yesterday, and I was blown away by how good the museum is!)

FYI, a friend tried recently to use hers and found the routing from SF to Rome to be laughable. Several connections.

Rex, they're the same as you and me over there. Some good information on the airlines forum, but it doesn't move very fast.

Rex - Sounds good to me although March 19 - 27 isn't a good time for me. I don't think you were on the boards over the weekend so check out the thread about editor William Travis on the US board. He plans to attend the NY/NJ GTG in May with PINS so David and I plan on going.

What URL on the US board? Are you on it? (I am thinking not - - I couldn't find a thread that sounded like what you were talking about by clicking on your name).

So, maybe March 12? or 5?

Too soon?
