Thank you was very helpful and I didn't find most of this info on their website - I guess this means I can't buy the travel cards online. Bummer.

True, but why would you want/need to? They are not cheaper, just one more thing you'd need to take w/ you.

We have limited time in London (only 2 days) and I want to hit the ground running and not have to worry about buying any kind of tickets.

We used this company a couple years ago, booked online and paid the driver when we got to our destination.

They have a live support on their website you can access and they are very helpful. Price was most reasonable I could find, driver had nice clean vehicle and was waiting for us when we got off our flight. I would highly recommend them. I have recommended them to many people on TA website and they all posted positive reviews.
