Dinner Reservations in Paris ?

Is there an easy way to make dinner reservations in Paris before we get there ? I understand that there's a restaurant in the Eiffel Tower (pretty pricey but worth it)that you definitey need reservations for.
Does anyone know about it and any other must-go-to restaurants ?? How about Tallevent ? I heard you need a month in advance reservation. Thanks for your help.

Your hotel can make restaurant reservations for you if you mention the days and times you want.
The restaurant that is most well thought of in the Eiffel Tower is the Jules Verne, and they do book up a long time in advance, as does Taillevent.
www.tour-eiffel.fr they take reservations by fax

A way to see some restaurants that subscribe to this particular service... you can do research about any of the subscriber restaurants is
reservethebest.com

I sit and read menus sometimes just to vicariously be back in Paris! <GRIN>

JerseySue, where are you staying? Our hotel always did all our reservations for us in advance as well as while we were there..it is really easy that way too.
