Dinner in Florence, Italy

I am going to Florence and would like dinner recommendations. From what I have read most locals prefer to eat in the Oltrarno neighborhood. Any recommendations?

Georgette has all kinds of recommendations in this blog post about the Santo Spirito neighbourhood in Oltrarno, not only restaurants.
I have eaten at Santo Bevitore and it was very good.
Also Ristorante Buca Mario near Santa Maria Novella is very good. Address: Piazza degli Ottaviani 16R. Last time I was in Florence I ate here twice. It's family run, great food, welcoming service, looks small from outside but is actually made up of all kinds of rooms so can accommodate lots of people but you need to make a reservation, actually it's best to make a reservation anywhere you want to have dinner in Florence.

I like restaurants in Santo Spirito area, once you walk over the Ponto vecchio bridge turn right and go down either of the next 2 streets and you will find great restaurants that the locals frequent. ( I have jyst come bk ) 🌻🌻
