Dinner in Bellagio

I will be in Bellagio in mid-September. Do you have a recommendation for a nice dinner?

Definitely Bilacus, but call at least a week ahead to get a reservation.
Second choice would be Silvio's just out of town. The most simple but wonderful meal I may have ever had in Italy -- the freshest fish, perfectly cooked, and spaghetti with the freshest tomato and herb (mainly basil) sauce imagineable. I never knew "plain" spaghetti could be so memorable.

I can second the Silvio's recommendation. Very wonderful fish.

I also enjoyed the restaurant at Hotel Florence.

Both have sample menus available online at their respective websites. Don't have those handy but you could google them.

I thought my lunch in the little outdoor restaurant at the Hotel Florence was even better than dinner at Bilacus, although that was very good, too. I was in Bellagio over a busy holiday week-end in May, but was able to reserve a table only a few hours ahead of time. However, I wouldn't count on a table available at the last minute--reserving ahead is always a good idea.
I decided against Silvio's because of the walk to the restaurant along a busy road with no sidewalks--I wanted to eat somewhere closer to my hotel (the Florence).
I have heard good things about Barchetta, but it has a new menu and nothing I saw on it particularly appealed to me.

Another vote for Bilacus.

I will add my vote for Silvio.
