Dinner in Bellagio
 

My wife and I are staying in Menaggio for 2 nights in July, and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a nice romantic restaurant with good food of course!! in Bellagio for Dinner(on the lake). My other question is: do the ferries run late back to Menaggio? Thanks.

I don't know about the romantic part, but my wife and I stayed at Hotel Silvio and ate there several nights. The proprietor nets the evening's fish daily. Populated mainly by locals and they have a website.

Bilacus, and sit outside in the garden section. Excellent food, delightful atmosphere.

This doesn't seem to match my recollection (from Sep 2000) - - http://www.navigazionelaghi.it/itali...oferiale03.htm - - but I have to wonder if the timetable from Cadenabbia reflects an update to the ferry facility there (I think it was under construction at the time) - - and perhaps less evening service Bellagio-Menaggio as a consequence.
