Dinner at Eiffel Tower

I was wondering if anyone has had dinner at the Eiffel Tower, any recommendations? Also, any advice on dinner on a river boat on the Seine? Thank you for your help.

I've eaten at Altitude 95, the restaurant on the first floor up. It's pretty good--we mainly went for the view. Fixed price menu is € 50, but you can get the same meal for less a la carte (ordering each item individually) and a better choice. You also have to pay to get to the first floor (about € 3)

The Jules Verne is on the second floor and if you have reservations, the elevator is free. It is very gourmet and expensive. Good feedback from most, if not all, who have gone.

Here is their website: you have to call to make reservations; they don't do it on the internet.

I don't know where that "Th" came from. I really wasn't sticking my tongue out at you! :-)

If you want to spend the bucks, go to Jules Verne. Skip the dinner cruise.
