Dining in Paris Museums
|
Many thanks Cigale.............Just what I needed on the eve of our virtual departure to that marvellous place called Paris!
Other articles are very interesting as well - like the new ads in the metro staions. Won't help them when it comes to my cellphone as it hasn't got blue tooth switched on EVER! |
Fantastic! Thank you, Cigale!

Nice article. Thanks.
We were in Paris one March with cold rainy weather. We decided it was a good day to go to Musee d'Orsay. Took a break from the galleries and went to the Restaurant du Musee d'Orsay - what a wonderful respite from the weather outside. Very nice atmosphere and the meal was excellent. |
The food at the Café Branly was OK--sort of ethnic--but overpriced.

All museum cafes and restos are overpriced, no?
They have a captive audience and they charge a premium for the location, which is convenient to museum visitors who are looking to refuel before going back, especially in the bigger museums. Food often doesn't match the fancy architecture. |
Printing for our trip.
Thanks, Mimi! |
