Dingle B&Bs- Bambury Guesthouse or Alpine Guesthouse

Has anyone stayed at either of these B&B's?
They seem to both be lovely and are actually located next door to each other offering similar amenities. Just wondering if one or the other offers a better Irish B&B experience.

I don't know either of those. Michele Erdwig suggests the Tower View in Dingle. She also suggests the Shores Country House which I whole heartedly support as I have been staying there for over a decade when I travel to the area. It's on the north side of the peninsula but the drive is beautiful and at night (despite most peoples fears) quite easy. I've done it again and again.

Don't know either of these B&Bs, but can recommend Castlewood House - enjoyed it very much. (http://www.castlewooddingle.com/index.php )

Persevere; I strongly recommend Pax House which is just 1klm from the main streets in Dingle. We stayed there for 2 nights this past October and just loved it. The view out the back is fabulous, the rooms nice size and clean, rates reasonable, food terrific, and the host John and his staff could not be more helpful and friendly. I posted pictures, along with other reviewers, on Tripadvisor.com if you would like to see Pax House and that wonderful view of the Dingle Bay and countryside. You will not be disappointed in staying there. I envy your trip, can't wait to go back for a third visit to Ireland.

“Pax House treats you like family.”

I eco the recommendation for the Pax House by
floridapugmom. We spent one night there in May and it was the best B&B experience we have EVER had. All B&B's should aspire to be like the Pax House!
