Dijon B&B or villa

Hello everyone,

There are 4 of us planning a trip to France next year around April time frame, and are looking for a B&B or villa in the Dijon area as a base for 5 days. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations. It would be greatly appreciated.

Coco has an apartment for rent, but I've mislaid the address. Someone who recently stayed there can tell you--there was a post just a few days back.

The contact for Coco's apartment is: http://myhomeindijon.com/ Though it is a lovely place to stay, I don't think it would fit your needs, Phyllis, as it usually sleeps only two. Check with Corinne anyway, however.

I'm sure you will have a lovely trip.

Thanks my friends
BTW my flat is also mentioned in cotedor-tourisme website since it is rated.

But as Dick mentioned I can welcome only two guests. And I suppose Phyllis wants to stay with her friends.
If it is for next year she will surely find something easily.

Have a great stay!

Thanks everyone for responding. Yes, the four of us want to stay in the same place. As it is not until next year, we do have time to check places out. That is why I am doing research, the sooner the better. Thanks again for all your info.

Hi coco,

when we were in France a few years back, I came home with a paperback book called Chateaux & Hotels De France 2004. In it there are several wonderful and beautiful chateaux and B&B listed. Are you familiar with this book, and if so, can you recommend any of them in Dijon and Beaune? thank you for all your information.

Bonsoir Pal,
myhomeindijon est non fumeur c'est exact."For the comfort and health of our guests, this flat is non smoking "(this is what you can read on the website.

Phyllis, here are the links to the websites you need:
http://www.relaischateaux.com/en/
http://www.chateauxhotels.com/public/accueil/index.php
A few years ago we bought chateauxhotels some gift cheques to offer for an anniversary and the persons who received it used them in several places (not in Burgundy though as they already live there).

I made a new friend on tripadvisor forum who spent a few days at "le chateau André Ziltener" and enjoyed it, but you need a car since it is located in Chambolle Musigny right in the middle of the vineyards. You can read his review on TA.
Le Chateau de Gilly not far from Citeaux abbey would be a good choice as well.

Voilà!
